TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A deposit of 33% is required on booking and the balance is payable 3 weeks before arrival. Reservations by telephone or e-mail will be held for five days until the deposit is received. All deposits are non-refundable.
Holidays commence no earlier than 4pm on the day of arrival and end no later than 9am on the day of departure.
All pets are welcome, free of charge and all cottages now have their own enclosed area for your pets..
We pride ourselves on a high degree of cleanliness by personal supervision. We would therefore be grateful if any damages or breakages could be notified so they may be rectified.
All beds are made up for your arrival and we supply dishcloths and tea towels. Towels can be hired for a nominal charge.
No more than the maximum number of people, as shown on the booking form, are to occupy the property.
Short breaks are available between October and Easter. Rates are charged daily at one sixth of the weekly rate.
In the event of a holiday being cancelled, we will endeavour to relet and, if successful, all monies will be refunded, less deposit and expenses.
COVID 19….WHAT HAPPENS IF SOMEONE IN YOUR PARTY FALLS ILL? If, prior to your departure from home, any of your party displays any of the symptoms ;
• High Temperature
• New persistent cough
• Loss or change to your sense of smell or taste
PLEASE DO NOT TRAVEL TO CORNWALL.
If, whilst staying at the cottage, any of your party BEGINS TO DISPLAY ANY of these symptoms, PLEASE ALL LEAVE IMMEDIATELY, GO HOME TO SELF ISOLATE AND ORDER A TEST KIT, letting us know, so we can ensure protocols regarding the safety of our staff and future guests are adhered to.
If, for any reason, you are unable to travel, and are required to self isolate at the apartment, you will be liable for the loss of earnings for the cottage should it be unavailable to future guests. If those guests need to be relocated, any additional costs incurred will also be your responsibility. It is therefore advisable, and in your best interest, to take out travel insurance ahead of your trip (although I have been made aware there are very few insurance companies who will cover such risk), and ensure that on the onset of any symptoms you vacate the property immediately.
