The
Roost
Once
the home of a Barn Owl, the Roost has been converted into a cosy
cottage with exposed beams and a slate floor. Downstairs is an open
plan lounge and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an electric
cooker, microwave oven and fridge with freezer compartment. At the
back of the cottage, there is a conservatory, containing the dinning
area and allowing you access direct onto your own enclosed garden.
There is a sofa bed to allow for flexibility.
Colour television and games and books are supplied for your entertainment.
As well as a convector heating, there is a log effect fire under
the slate fireplace, which you are free to use. Upstairs has a family
bedroom. It is L shaped, with a single and double bed.
The room is heated by night storage. The
bathroom is en-suite, with a full sized bath and hand held shower.
There is a fan heater for your comfort. From this cottage, you can
lie in bed and watch the horses.
